Tim’s heart is for the local church to be a place for people far from God to experience real life. Having been a part of two of the fastest growing churches in America, Tim has a special ability in helping identify problems that are prohibiting growth and coming up with tangible and effective ways to be more effective. He has been a part of God growing churches from 12 people to over 3500 in 3 1/2 years, as well as growing churches from 4000 to over 6500 people.
